Terms and Conditions: Referral Program

Welcome to our Referral Program! By participating in our referral process, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility and Participation:

    • To be eligible for participation, you must be a current customer or a member of our community.
    • Referrals can only be made for individuals who have consented to being referred to our services.

  2. Referral Process:

    • Referrals can be submitted through our designated referral link or platform.
    • Upon receiving a referral, we will assess the provided information and initiate contact with the referred individual.
    • Referral payments are subject to successful completion of the referred individual’s Composite Bonding treatment.

  3. Payment and Rewards:

    • Referral rewards will be processed once the referred individual undergoes the Composite Bonding treatment and completes the procedure.
    • Payments will be made on a monthly basis and will be subject to the patient’s appointment preferences. Typically, payments will be initiated within 1 month from the referral to the Composite Bonding appointment, and up to an additional month for processing.
    • Payments will be arranged and communicated via email to the referrer.

  4. Patient Eligibility and Booking:

    • Eligibility for Composite Bonding is at the discretion of our dental professionals and is determined during the patient’s appointment.
    • Booking of appointments for referred patients will be subject to the availability and scheduling policies of our practice.

  5. Compliance with Applicable Laws:

    • Referrers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry guidelines regarding referrals and data privacy.

  6. Modification and Termination:

    • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
    • Any changes to the referral program will be communicated through our official communication channels.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

    • We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the referral program.

  8. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing laws.
